Barbering Appointments Policy

By booking an appointment with us, clients agree to abide by these policies. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Grace Period

  • Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time.

No Show Fee

  • First offense: No fee is charged; a warning is issued.
  • Second offense: A $20 no-show fee is applied.
  • Third offense: A $20 no-show fee is applied, and the client is required to prepay for future appointments.
  • Fourth offense: The client will be unable to book any future appointments.

    Cancellation Window

    • Clients must cancel their appointment at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to avoid a no-show fee.

      Policy Enforcement

      • The barber reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain fairness and manage the appointment schedule efficiently.
      • By booking an appointment with us you are adhering to these guidelines, to ensure a smooth and respectful appointment system for both clients and barbers.

      Hair Braiding Appointment Policy

      By booking an appointment with us, clients agree to abide by these policies. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

      Grace Period

      • Clients have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time of their appointment. If they arrive within this grace period, their appointment will proceed as scheduled.
      • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, their appointment may be subject to cancellation, and they will forfeit their deposit.

      Deposit Requirement

      A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a hair braiding appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. The deposits are as followed:
      • Natural Hair Services: $35
      • Loc Services: $45
      • Extension services: $80

        Cancellation Policy

        • Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of their deposit.
        • If a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment, they will forfeit their deposit.
        • If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will forfeit their deposit.

        Prepayment Requirement for Future Bookings

        • Clients who have previously cancelled appointments and forfeited their deposit will be required to prepay for future bookings.
        • Prepayment for future bookings must be made in full at the time of scheduling the appointment.
